The good news is you won't have to send thankyou notes to every man who attended the funeral. That would naturally be too much to ask of someone. However, you should send thankyoucards to anyone who sent flowers, made a donation in the deceased person's name, who served as a pallbearer, or who did provide other services, such as babysitting or food preparation, during this time. Ask man close to you to regain the cards from the floral arrangements before they are conveyable to the funeral site (some funeral homes may do this for you, too). It's also a good idea to hold onto the guest book because you'll be able to find the names and addresses of the citizen who should receive condolement thankyoucards.
